An update a day early. Last week, we saw Sam as a cashier for Wrigley's Grocery and it wasn't too great of an experience...

HTS Weekly #39 - Man Down...

Last week, I had a family reunion to attend as well as my work's requirement of being present, so I wasn't able to make the update...I'll make it up to you all. I promise.

Anyways, the last strip we saw that Sam is venturing around with prospective jobs, and the task on the list was to be a cashier. We meet with Mr. Wrigley who owns Wrigley's Groceries and to an inevitable ending, we see that things didn't work out too well... as seen here.

Mr. Wrigley decides to give Sam another chance....

HTS Weekly #38 - Opportunity Knocks

When I first saw the script for this week's strip, I laughed so hard. Then I started doing the sketching...there was a dilemma...so little space for so much dialogue!! I really wanted to preserve Jason's script as he is an excellent writer, so I decided to E-X-T-E-N-D the strip into a bigger format! Double the strip-size! WOWWEEEE!! Check it out!!

HTS Weekly #36 - A quarter!

Hey all, here's the newest strip. I know, I know, you've been waiting impatiently on this, but no fret--it's HERRRRRE!

...and that's my quarter too!

Welcome to the first strip ever to have the lettering done by hand (oww, owww owwweeee). I'm hoping that the strip will have character and life, now that it's almost traditional (I needed help from my computer for the word balloons and the color--thanks Mac!).
